Award-Winning Spyro Range Extended

Leading tableware manufacturer and supplier Steelite International, has extended its award-winning Spyro range with a new bowl and mug.

The two new Spyro pieces have been introduced following exceptional customer demand for the contemporary embossed range, which was launched in February.

The new Spyro mug capitalises on growing trends for a high quality, casual coffee shop experience. The large 34cl size provides a highly versatile mug that is well suited to the complete range of environments.

The new 27cm nouveau bowl is the second to be added to the Spyro range. The bowl features a wide rim beautifully decorated with Spyro's trademark swirling embossment. With a deep well, the bowl is perfect for both sweet and savoury food presentations.

Steelite International's Spyro tableware range features a unique embossment that catches the light to create a captivating 3D optical effect of highlights and shadows. The pattern, inspired by the British 'Op Art' movement, accentuates the contemporary, curvaceous shape of each piece. Spyro's innovative design has scooped a prestigious industry award within the Foodservice Equipment Reports' Smallwares & Tabletop competition.

Spyro is made using Steelite International's Distinction ceramic formula, developed in the company's factory in Stoke-on-Trent, England. This formula ensures Spyro has the elegance and characteristics of fine china but it is also highly resistant to thermal shock. The range has been developed to provide smart, functional and affordable tableware that is built to last and easily able to withstand the trials of daily use.
